Irregular dough sheet is rolled into regular sheet by dough rolling device. The thickness can be adjusted through the control system.

The dough sheet is transported into doughnut forming machine by Italian SAMPLA conveying belt without attaching on the belt.

The pneumatic cutting device can cut out the round cakes with size required by customers.

The residual dough sheet is recovered by the conveying belt for secondary use.

The dough wrappers are recovered by flour sprinkling and residual material recycling device to reduce unnecessary waste.

Use the conveying belt for automatic tray arranging. Each doughnut can be arranged at a certain distance by designing.

Several molds of different sizes can be customized at one time. And through touch screen operation, one-button switch is available. It is convenient and fast.

Processing line detail display

1. Put the kneaded dough on the conveyor belt in the dough roll sheeter.

2. Enters the fist roll.

3. Enters the second roll.

4. Flour sprinkling.

5. Use the moulds in the forming machine to make cakes(3-5 sets of moulds can be installed, and the size can be customized).

6. Automatic residual dough recycling machine recycle the dough for secondary use.
